国際配送について

・国際配送について

弊社ではオーダー商品を、国際宅配便（EMSまたはYAMATO TRANSPORT CO., LTD）で配送します。すべての配送料は、チェックアウト時に重量と配送国に基づいて自動的に計算されます。小さなアイテムはお客様の負担が少ないよう、EMSで発送しますが、到着までに3週間ほど掛かります。

これら4つの商品はEMSで発送されます。

ご注文後、「ご注文内容の確認メール」を致します。このメールを受領した後、ご注文内容、お届け先、料金を必ずご確認ください。問題なく、返信がないようでしたら、お客様はご注文に同意されたものとみなします。

通常オーダー品はご注文頂いた2-3日には日本の倉庫から発送され、お届けまでは通常7-10営業日いただいております。(土、日、祝日を除く）お届け場所までの到着日は航空貨物の運行状況、特に両国の税関の検査状況などに左右される為に予測不可能です。到着までの日数については保証出来かねますので予めご了承下さい。（年末年始、当社の規定するお休みを除く）

・お支払いについて

商品の購入代金は、商品代金と配送料の合計です。 

お支払いには主要なクレジットカード（Visa、MasterCard、American Express）、Apple pay、Shop payがご利用いただけます。

  • ユーザーとユーザーのクレジットカード会社または清算機関との間で紛争が生じた場合、かかる紛争は当事者間で解決されるものとし、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。 

ご入金確認後、2-3営業日以内に発送いたします。商品出荷完了時にお客様のEメールに追跡番号のリンクをお送りします。

  • 関税等はご購入様のご負担となります。貨物がお客様の国に到着したときに、すべての国際的なパッケージは、関税や税金の対象となる場合があります。これらの費用を配送業者または税関に直接お支払いください。これらの税金に関するポリシーは、国ごとに異なります。詳細については、お住まいの国の税関にお問い合わせください。
  • ご注文確認メール送信後の海外発送の場合、返品・返金は一切お受けできません。

・International Shipping Methods

We ship orders via international courier (EMS or YAMATO TRANSPORT CO., LTD). All shipping charges are automatically calculated based on weight and shipping country at checkout.Smaller items will be shipped via EMS to minimize the burden on the customer, but will take about 3 weeks to arrive.

These four items will be shipped by EMS.
After placing an order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation E-mail". Upon receipt of this e-mail, please be sure to confirm your order, delivery address, and price. If there are no problems and you do not receive a reply, you are deemed to have agreed to the order.


Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Japan within 2-3 days of receipt and are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)  However, the arrival date to the delivery location is unpredictable, as it depends on the status of air cargo operations, especially customs inspections in both countries. Please note that we cannot guarantee the number of days until arrival. (Excluding year-end and New Year holidays and vacations stipulated by our company)

・Payment Methods

The purchase price is the total of the product price and shipping charges.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple pay, and Shop pay.

  • In the event of a dispute between the user and the user's credit card company or clearinghouse, such dispute shall be resolved between the parties and we shall have no liability.


We will ship your order within 2 to 5 business days after we confirm your payment. A tracking number link will be sent to your e-mail upon completion of shipment.

  • You are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. All international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes when the shipment arrives in your country. Please pay these charges directly to the shipping carrier or customs. Policies regarding these taxes vary from country to country. Please contact your country's customs office for more information.
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for international shipments after the order confirmation email has been sent.

According to our regulations, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for international shipments. Please understand this.
