 ・International Shipping Methods

We ship orders via international courier (EMS or YAMATO TRANSPORT CO., LTD). All shipping charges are automatically calculated based on weight and shipping country at checkout.Smaller items will be shipped via EMS to minimize the burden on the customer, but will take about 3 weeks to arrive.

After placing an order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation E-mail". Upon receipt of this e-mail, please be sure to confirm your order, delivery address, and price. If there are no problems and you do not receive a reply, you are deemed to have agreed to the order.

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Japan within 2-3 days of receipt and are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)  However, the arrival date to the delivery location is unpredictable, as it depends on the status of air cargo operations, especially customs inspections in both countries. Please note that we cannot guarantee the number of days until arrival. (Excluding year-end and New Year holidays and vacations stipulated by our company)

・Payment Methods

The purchase price is the total of the product price and shipping charges.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple pay, and Shop pay.

• In the event of a dispute between the user and the user's credit card company or clearinghouse, such dispute shall be resolved between the parties and we shall have no liability.

We will ship your order within 2 to 3 business days after we confirm your payment. A tracking number link will be sent to your e-mail upon completion of shipment.

• You are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. All international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes when the shipment arrives in your country. Please pay these charges directly to the shipping carrier or customs. Policies regarding these taxes vary from country to country. Please contact your country's customs office for more information.

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for international shipments after the order confirmation email has been sent.
