・International Shipping Methods
We ship orders via international courier (EMS or YAMATO TRANSPORT CO., LTD). All shipping charges are automatically calculated based on weight and shipping country at checkout.Smaller items will be shipped via EMS to minimize the burden on the customer, but will take about 3 weeks to arrive.

After placing an order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation E-mail". Upon receipt of this e-mail, please be sure to confirm your order, delivery address, and price. If there are no problems and you do not receive a reply, you are deemed to have agreed to the order.
Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Japan within 2-3 days of receipt and are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) However, the arrival date to the delivery location is unpredictable, as it depends on the status of air cargo operations, especially customs inspections in both countries.
