About shipping fee for multiple purchases

If the total purchase amount is ¥10.500 (tax included) or less, the shipping fee will be added for each item.
For small items, we have set it so that the burden of shipping is originally reduced.
As the size becomes large by multiple purchases, we are taking the addition method.
In some cases, the shipping fee may be ¥1.250 or more.

 ・International Shipping Methods

We ship orders via international courier (EMS or YAMATO TRANSPORT CO., LTD). All shipping charges are automatically calculated based on weight and shipping country at checkout.Smaller items will be shipped via EMS to minimize the burden on the customer, but will take about 3 weeks to arrive.

After placing an order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation E-mail". Upon receipt of this e-mail, please be sure to confirm your order, delivery address, and price. If there are no problems and you do not receive a reply, you are deemed to have agreed to the order.

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Japan within 2-3 days of receipt and are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)  However, the arrival date to the delivery location is unpredictable, as it depends on the status of air cargo operations, especially customs inspections in both countries. Please note that we cannot guarantee the number of days until arrival. (Excluding year-end and New Year holidays and vacations stipulated by our company)

・Payment Methods

The purchase price is the total of the product price and shipping charges.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Amazon pay, Apple pay, and Shop pay.

• In the event of a dispute between the user and the user's credit card company or clearinghouse, such dispute shall be resolved between the parties and we shall have no liability.

We will ship your order within 2 to 3 business days after we confirm your payment. A tracking number link will be sent to your e-mail upon completion of shipment.
